Yehudi began his career in the video game industry where he was named one of the “Top 30 Multimedia Stars Under 30” by Texas Monthly Magazine. When the time came to break out on his own he started an animation studio, HorseBack Salad, in Austin, Tx (Named “Best little toon house in Texas” by Animation Magazine). His projects ranged from music videos for Patti Griffin and Pat Green to commercials for MTV. The largest project he developed was a straight-to-dvd animated series called the Trevor Romain Show. Based on the best-selling books Yehudi co-wrote and directed 8 half-hour episodes. Currently running on local PBS stations.
Yehudi won 2nd place in the 2006 Final Draft Big Break Screenwriting competition for a feature-length live-action comedy called Buffalo Speedway about the busiest pizza day ever. He is currently developing a graphic novel based on his script. Yehudi then wrote and directed a live-action short film called Monster Job Hunter, about the job interview from hell. The short features CGI animation and cutting edge low-budget special effects. It is currently touring the festival circuit, winning Best Comedy at Dragon*Con film festival. Nerds love it.
Yehudi's animated short film Porn Editor was a top five finalist in the HBO short film festival and runs on HBO regularly. In August 2008 Yehudi was accepted to the NALIP Producer’s Acedemy where he filmed 12 minutes of footage from his feature length comedy Mock Trial about a high school law firm.
